Running order

- Opening: a few sky shots to gather the crowd.
- Main show: multi-shot cakes, spaced with sky shots between them.
- Finale: the biggest cake, or two lit together.
How long a budget lasts
A 100-shot cake runs about a minute. For a 15 to 20-minute show, plan several large cakes and sky shots between them. Tell us the length you want and we will size the order.
Permission and safety
Public displays usually need police permission. Keep the crowd well back from the firing area, have a clear firing zone and keep water and sand ready.
