How the numbers work
Every stock mix in the calculator is a real list of products at our current rates. We add up the MRP printed on those boxes and compare it with what you pay us. On most mixes you pay about 15% of the printed MRP.
Your sales are the MRP value less the discount you offer, for the share of stock you sell. From that we take off what you paid us and your other costs. Unsold stock counts as a loss, because fireworks cannot be returned.
The estimate is before GST. A registered shop claims the GST on its purchase as input credit.
