Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed with BulkCrackers.

Orders

We accept bulk orders of ₹2.5 lakh or more. An order is confirmed only when you approve our written quote and we receive payment. Rates on the website are indicative and may change with stock and season; the quote is binding once paid.

Who may buy

You confirm that you may lawfully buy, store and, where applicable, sell fireworks in your area, and hold any licence or permission this requires. We may ask for proof and may decline an order.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer or UPI to our business account, after quote approval.

Transport and risk

Goods travel by road through licensed carriers. Freight is quoted separately. Check the consignment on delivery and note any visible damage on the lorry receipt before accepting it.

Returns

Fireworks cannot be returned once dispatched. If goods arrive damaged or short, tell us within 48 hours of receipt with photos, and we will make it right.

Follow the safety instructions printed on each box and all local rules on timings and permitted products.
